MILDRED’S started in 1993 when my mom and dad decided to pursue their dreams of having their own restaurant. It was originally called “ Cooks and Diners” nestled in the 2nd floor of a mall next to Philippines top university. It was home to the best Filipino bbq. After 8 successful years, they decided that it was time to take it to the next step and opened a bigger and better “ Mildred’s Grill Station”. In 2017, our family decided to move to the United States each with our own different jobs. But we missed the kitchen, we missed the feeling of serving our guests and seeing the smiles on their face.

2025 , marks our new era here in Las Vegas. We promise to deliver quality good food , just like how mom would make it. Our truck specializes in Filipino - Chinese recipes that has been passed down from generation to generation.
